What makes Printfrenz apparel different from standard uniforms?
Unlike traditional uniforms that fade or peel over time, we use advanced High-Definition 3D Printing (Sublimation) technology. This process infuses the ink directly into the fabric fibers, resulting in vibrant, all-over designs that never crack, fade, or peel—even after hundreds of washes. We call it "Heavy-Duty" gear because it is built to withstand tough working conditions while keeping you looking professional.
What kind of fabric do you use?
We use a premium blend of high-performance polyester and spandex. This combination ensures the fabric is:
- Breathable: Keeps you cool during intense work.
- Moisture-wicking: Pulls sweat away from the body.
- Durable: Resistant to shrinking and wrinkling.
Are your sizes standard US sizes?
Yes, our sizes generally follow standard US sizing. However, since our gear is designed for active movement, we highly recommend checking our Size Chart on each product page before ordering to ensure the perfect fit for your body type.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Because our products are custom-made, production begins very quickly.
- Changes/Cancellations: You must contact us within 2 hours of placing your order to request any changes (size, address, design) or cancellation.
- After 2 hours: Your order is likely in production, and we may not be able to make changes.
Do you offer bulk discounts for teams or companies?
Yes! We specialize in outfitting teams. If you are looking to order uniforms for your entire crew or company (10+ items), please contact us at support@printfrenz.com for a custom quote and bulk pricing.
How do I pay if I don't have a PayPal account?
You do not need a PayPal account. When you proceed to checkout, select PayPal, and you will see an option to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" (or "Checkout as Guest"). This allows you to securely use Visa, MasterCard, Amex, or Discover.

How long will it take to get my order?
Since every item is printed and hand-crafted specifically for you, please allow:
- Production Time: 3–5 business days.
- Shipping Time: 7–15 business days (depending on your location).
- Total Estimated Delivery: 10–20 days from the date of order.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment's progress. If you do not receive this email within 7 days of ordering, please check your Spam folder or contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times may vary slightly depending on customs processing in your country.

What is your return policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied.
- Defects/Errors: If your item arrives damaged, printed incorrectly, or is the wrong size due to our error, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
- Customer Error: Since items are custom-made, we cannot accept returns for "change of mind" or wrong size selection by the customer. Please review the Size Chart carefully.
How do I report an issue?
Please email support@printfrenz.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue (e.g., the defect or the size tag). We will resolve it for you within 24 hours.

How should I wash my 3D-printed gear?
To keep your gear looking fresh forever:
- Machine wash cold with like colors.
- Tumble dry low or hang dry (best for longevity).
- Do not bleach.
- Do not iron directly on the print (though our sublimation prints are generally heat resistant, low heat is safer).
